How can I return an item which has been damaged in transit?
If your order or part of your order needs to be returned due to damage in transit, please contact us as soon as possible (WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS). It is vital that you check the goods as soon as possible. Failing to do so may make it difficult to claim back for any damage from the courier.
Any unwanted items accepted for return must be sent back in original packaging and condition at the customer’s expense. We do not accept returns for items which are ‘Available to Order’ and any Personalised or Typography Prints.
Prints are very fragile; it is important that you do not crease or bend prints when removing or packaging for return. If there is sign of any damage you will not be given a successful return and we will have to send the print back to you.

If you are unhappy with the goods received, we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt. We will not accept orders where the original packaging is not intact and has been removed. We also cannot accept returns where the item has been used or hung on the wall.
Any unwanted goods for return should not be removed from their packaging. Failing to do so may result in a failed return.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods and checked the packaging and contents. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
